Refund policy

New Product Return Policy:

We offer hassle free returns on all new items.  Items returned in new condition with original packaging will receive a 100% refund, return shipping paid by the buyer.  Returns should be approved 30 days from the day you receive your package.  Contact MarkerhousePB for a RMA number.  

Used Product Return Policy:

All used items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for repair free of charge.  Once your item is repaired we will pay to ship it back to you.  Alternatively, you can exchange the used item for another item of equal value.  If there is nothing wrong with the marker but you still want to return it, we will exchange it for another marker of equal value but the buyer pays shipping both ways.
